Mexican artisans, working in the comfort of their own homes, create these fuzzy masterpieces from wool scraps, obtained in the community from locally-owned sheep. The wool is washed, carded, spinned and dyed; then, the cloth is hand woven on a back strap loom. The cloth is used for clothing and the scraps are used to make these animal gifts. Each cute critter is shaped, sewn, and stuffed by hand following Fair Trade guidelines. Typical size: 8"W X 10"H X 4"D.
